I have used this agency a few times and each time something went wrong. They corrected it but I had to complain, and another time I had to write a letter to the owner. Due to cov-19 we had to cancel a trip to Europe. We could not have traveled if we wanted to. They kept our deposits plus an additional fee for the insurance we purchased. I will NEVER used them again.
We have used this agency twice now & will NEVER again entertain the thought of using them in the future. If I could have used less than one star, I would have. Our first experience was pleasant, but the second one, not so much. After booking a 4 person Mexican cruise 9-10 months out & paying 900.00 toward the balance, we had to cancel for unforeseen reasons. We cancelled 3 months before the cruise was to take place. We were told we would be penalized 300.00 for cancelling. After all was said & done, we were only refunded a total of 450.00 of the 600.00 that was supposed to be owed back to us. We had to call repeatedly & ask for the status. It took 4 months to collect what money we actually received. We WILL NEVER use these people again!
