Joan helped us book and plan a 2 week trip to Alaska that included a cruise. The few issues we had that came up with our trip were quickly handled after a call in to Joan. Everything went so smoothly on our trip! We had so many moving parts to our trip from flights, train rides, boats, etc. and there's no way I could have planned such a smooth trip on my own. Everything with perfectly and seamlessly! Thank you for helping us with the trip of a lifetime! I highly recommend using Joan.. we've already booked another cruise!
Joan is a fantastic expert for all your travel needs, and after you speak with her, you'll know why you should always call her first. From the amenities of cruise ships to things to do or see at your destinations to air travel routing to get you there, Joan confirmed in the first five minutes her vast knowledge of travel. We are a family of 4 with 2 boys, ages 16 and 19. We decided over a year ago we wanted to go to Hawaii, thinking this would probably be the last big trip we would do before our boys start going their own ways. I was given Joan's name by a friend, I was hesitant to use a travel agent at first because I have always planned our trips. But let me tell you, calling Joan was the best decision ever!! Joan handled everything from our accommodations, jeep rental, flights, and even researched things we were interested in doing to help make it a trip of a lifetime. I can not thank Joan enough for helping make this a trip my whole family agreed was THE BEST VACATION WE HAVE EVER TAKEN!! The years fly by and to have been able to spend this time with our boys is PRICELESS! Thank you Joan for all you did - you definitely went above and beyond!!!
