This is probably one of the slowest places to get checked in at and to get loaded at and know one can tell you anything. Oh yeah don't come here at lunch time as they shut the entire place down and nothing happens.nArrived 1140 am still at the door.at 1450......
Lack of communication, long process due to unorganized, almost 3 hours waiting
this is the worst place ever I met, I been here 9:00am and get out at 5:00pm. they work so slow
Was on a door within 10 mins and loaded in 20 mins and gone! Thank you! Edit: I actually had to return for them to rework the load 3x and got a warning from DOT for being overweight so I had to slide my tandems but that then put me in violation of bridge law but it got reworked after the weekend but they need a scale or come up with a better formula to load.
Never send drivers to this place...NEVER!nWe checked in at 10 am and they got us loaded at 8:46 PM!nThis is not the first time.It aways takes forever there!nIf they load you for les than 6 hours you are lucky!!nDon't go there!
