Movie Reel

Went to see the movie Tom and Jerry with my kids. Paid online and everything was great. Went in got snacks for movie and all is well. Sit down and waited, waited, and waited. Finally an hour later they come and tell us they can't get this one movie to play. If another customer wouldn't have gotten up to ask earlier we would have had no clue what was going on. Someone should have came out earlier and said something. Bad management on the company. They gave us a refund. I will be taking my kids back only because they want to see that movie and I've already paid for them

Need more sound in the theater

We went to watch Sonic the hedgehog today and the theater we were in smelled horrible it made me sick and the carpet was so wet that it squished when we walked on it I told some of the workers and they said we tried to clean it up but what else are we supposed to do we will never go back there again

My visit to the Movie Reel was okay. After going to the other theaters in Tupelo, I find myself disliking this one more. The movie was fine, but the seating and the whole experience was lacking. The theater that I was in smelt like it had been wet and had a mildew odor. The admission price was within $3-$5 of what I normally pay for a visit to my regular theaters.
