Top 3 Reasons Why I’d Recommend Training with Javiernn1) He knew exactly how far to push me to ensure progress while also making sure it is doable for my level of physique.nn2) He made exercising fun! Training with him was like training with a friend.nn3) He created a sustainable routine for me, which made exercising regularly a lifestyle for me rather than just a short-term weight loss solution.nnOverall, I feel so much stronger and healthier than I did 2 months ago when I first started training with Javier. 100% recommend!

Javier is an awesome trainer! He knows exactly what you have/haven’t been doing the moment you walk in the door. Every workout is different and geared to your personal needs. Great place to work out, conveniently located and family friendly. The trainers have encouraged every step of the way and keep track of our progress too! I highly recommend it to anyone out there looking for a friendly place to get in shape.

My husband and I have been working with Javier as our personal trainer for over year now. It has been an incredible experience and we both are grateful for the work that he does with us. Javier is the best trainer I’ve seen, heard of, or worked with. He operates with an intellectual approach to his trade. He has a distinctive philosophy that he applies to people at various levels of fitness. No gimmicks or trends. His method is based on facts, personal experience and education. He approaches you from a clinical point of view. Just by looking at your musculature and tightness of your joints, the way you move, run and interact, he can somehow see the improvement that needs to be made. He makes a conscious effort that looking good is not the main agenda; his goal is to improve your body and mind. To him it's all connected, as I’ve come to learn that and that’s why he not only focuses on your exercise regimen but, as well as, your diet, work place, and personal life.nnMy experience has been that he reasons with me to identify the right buttons to push to help me motivate myself and to get stronger. He is good at mixing up the workout so they don’t get repetitive. He pays attention to building core strength which really important to overall body health. To my husband and I, Javier feels like a good friend rather than a personal trainer. He has a professional attitude, but he also laughs and jokes along with us, all while providing the perfect amount of encouragement. He wont let you get away with slacking off, but he doesn’t have that attitude where they bark at you into submission. Absolute best trainer in town!
