Good to be back at it. I need the structure of a class to get the most out of exercising. Now that my wife goes with me, it’s even better!
This place will work your body to death! Seriously awesome workouts that'll make you sweat and come back for more. It has a really high energy atmosphere so you want to go all out when you're there!
Excellent Place
Orange theory rocks!! I haven’t worked out in years and have gained so much weight. I was so nervous to go bc I am so out of shape but after my 1st class I knew I wanted to try it some more and after my 2nd class I was hooked. I have health concerns and the trainers are so patient and encouraging and modify whatever things I can’t do but each class pushes me to a goal I didn’t know I could achieve! The music pumps you up and coaches talking and directing throughout the workout is so helpful bc you always know what to do next. Love love love! The cost was a big concern but decided my health was what needed attention so made that sacrifice. Give it a try ❤ufe0f
I love everything about Orangetheory. I love the coaches/ staff and the encouragement they give you. I love the workouts and the music and the fact that they push you to be the best you! Orangetheory has changed my life in so many great ways!
