Awesome staff, love the layout of the gym
Lot of decent equipment but it's not worth their rates to me.
Lynn is great!! Place is always full of people but never too crowded to get your work out in! Open 24 hours so that makes it to where u have no excuse!!
A program, machine, or equipment for everyone. Meatheads, beginners, hobbyists, socialites alike all come. Been going 5 years now, staff has been very shaky until recently. Good solid ownership now, helpful staff, quality environment. Everybody makes everybody feel welcome. No intimidation ever.
Great Place to work out.. Tons of Options to keep your work out routine fun and challenging. Highly Recommended.
