I watched the employee working the cash register who helped count money touch my food without gloves on and never washing her hands first. I complained and NOTHING was offered to me, to remake my sandwich or anything, including a discount for the inconvenience of having to wait for a CLEAN sandwich. THIS LOCATION IS NASTY and full of incompetent workers. Never again! I have also complained to corporate and will alert the health department as well. This is unacceptable, even before Covid

Dirty and Rude. Watched a worker notice something on her nose as she’s about to put the meats and cheese on my sub, she proceeded to touch her nose then look at whatever was on her nose, flick it and then went back to making my sandwich without changing gloves or washing her hands.

I've been going here since I've moved into the area and have never been fully satisfied with the service this store gives it's customers and lately it's been getting even worse. It seems that it doesn't matter who's working and preparing the orders they always seem to be in a nasty mood. They're rude and disrespectful to the customer and will rarely look up at you while you're speaking with them making you to repeat the order several times They constantly say that they're out of something and can't make the sandwich the way you want it to be. This is a customer oriented service if you can't do it right and be polite to your customers then you need to close down and do something that does not require you to interact with others. I will no longer give this place my business. There are far too many other places people can go to
