After trying to call for 3 days, leaving a message and not getting a call back. I came in at 1:15 on Sunday, December 27, 2020 for a drug screen required for pre-employment. From the very first encounter the girl was rude. I stood at the desk at least 10 minutes before anyone came up, at which point she said I would have a 2 hour wait. I respond I will just have to wait because this is time sensitive. I was told to have a seat. I was again called to the desk and told she could not do my drug screen 3 hours prior to closing and that I could come back. I explained that as a nurse who works 12 hour shifts I would not be able to come back before the screening form expired. I was told that the phones were not working and that is why I could not get through however as I am waiting phone calls are coming in. As I told her their phones not working is not my problem. She was rude and I felt as if I was being pushed out. If I could go somewhere else I would however the company that I will be going to work for uses Fast Pace so that isn't an option. Poor customer service. I did not need to see a provider just give a specimen and sign a chain of command for the screen

Chris took the time to go over meds with excellent attention to patient education and seemed to be concerned that I understood my diagnosis and treatment. Very thorough and professional.

Very friendly and fast. Doctor took time and answered all my questions. Very caring and gave me peace of mind about my concerns.

I was incredibly impressed with Fast Pace. My son had to have stitches yesterday so naturally he was nervous. From Kim at the front desk (who immediately put my son's fears at ease) to the nurses Kim and Kayla to the providers Chris and Lauren, I cannot brag enough on how wonderful everyone was. My son says for now on anytime he gets hurt he wants to go back to Fast Pace. What could have ended in a long expensive visit to the ER, instead ended in a happy kid with a popsicle and one cool story to tell. Thanks guys!
