Ordered on the app @ 12:22 pm didn't receive my order till 1:02 pm. So much for Freaky Fast.....huh. I've never had to wait this long for my order. I ended up going somewhere else for lunch after I made 2 attempts to call about my order. My assumption was that they were closed for some reason. Guess I've got lunch for tomorrow.

I ordered delivery and it arrived very quickly. When I got my food my delivery driver, John, said he had accidentally given out my drink to another order and said he would go back to the store and get it for me. I found this to be the nicest gesture, the store was about to close so I’m sure he was ready to go home for the night but he said he was happy to do it. And he returned with my drink and a smile on his face, it was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. We all make small mistakes in our jobs but how you handle them shows your character. Thank you so much John for the awesome service and kindness!

Amazing service, I ordered before they opened without realizing and still had it delivered as quickly as normal, and they even got here before they opened!

I've always loved JJ's, but the owner & founder loves to hunt and kill endangered species in Africa, so I rarely go there anymore.

The Ham was fresh, but it is sliced so thin, you cant taste it. the cheese was ultra thin, it was all broken up. you really should be able to taste something other than bread and lettuce. Also every available table was dirty, with liquids and food on them. it's a shame, because I'd eat there often, if i could taste it, because it was fresh. Businesses seem to have forgotten they need customers to survive.
