Casino used to be better. No buffet!! Restaurant ( currently Big Waters Grille) had better prices when it was Max and Erma's.

They changed the restaurant and the services sucked. I ordered my food first and out of 11 of us my food came last. It took us an hour to straighten our tickets out because the waitress was confused and didn't know how to handle a party of that size. Was not a good experience. In the end I was double charged for my meal. This was in December and I'm just now in the past week able to talk to some one and get it straightened out....smh
