The most beautiful casino ever! Other than that, the staff were very strict with their mask policies and very helpful! My husband plays poker and I played the slots! We had a great time and a nice hotel room. The only thing that I wasn't impressed with was the service on the slots. I never got anything to drink while playing and no one even asked. You have to run them down. I still give 5 stars! The place was immaculate.
I enjoyed the atmosphere, trip down memory lane. I haven't been there in a few years. Some of the older , cooler simplified games are still there, I appreciated that. Restrooms can stand to be updating but having the option to go across the indoor crosswalk to another casino was wonderful. Loved it.
The rooms are pretty nice but the smell of smoke in the halls is a little more than it should be
I don't never win nothing
Pearl River is really nice. They are Covid-19 focused, so social distancing and constant cleaning are done. The staff is friendly and will answer your question or questions without hesitation. The new environment in the casino is smoke Free, but for the smoker there is an area inside that can be used.nThere are a wide variety of games to be played. Slots, table games and even bingo. One trip and you will come back for more.nOverall a very good experience, now if I could win the jackpot on the slots.
