I had to have all the stones in my engagement ring replaced. I was super stressed about what I was going to do. I came up with an idea and brought it to the staff at From the Vault. They were so kind and helpful. They made me feel at ease about my decision. I just picked up my ring and it is beautiful!!! I almost cried. I have found the place I will take all of my jewelry from now on.

I got my engagement ring fixed here. It was a hand me down from my husbands mother. The ring is very very important to me. Bringing this ring to From the Vault was the best decision I could have made. The ring is gorgeous and is now basically brand new. Also, the prices are affordable considering we’re dealing with diamonds and gold here. They helped me understand my diamond, the cut, the style, the age etc. the staff are heavenly. Just wonderful people. I feel so blessed to have gotten my ring serviced here. I will only be coming to From the Vault for any jewlery needs!

Awesome jewelers that treat you just how they would like to be treated.....like family!!! They did a fabulous job helping me shop and redesign a wedding ring that turned out superb!!! They are honest and accommodating, I will be back!!!

They converted one of my late grandmother's lapel pins into a beautiful barrette for my wedding. They replaced some stones that had fallen out as well. They were so lovely to work with and I am absolutely in love with my new cherished hair piece! I cannot wait to work with them again, I highly recommend them for all your jewelry services!
