What a great team. Everyone here was very professional and enthusiastic about their job. We explained what kind of ring we wanted and they showed us exactly that. Very well educated on their jewelry, after hearing what we wanted he brought out three rings and we knew exactly the one by ring two. The customer service is out of this world. My family and I are life long customers for all of our future jewelry needs.

I called from Cincinnati and spoke with Rachel.nnShe was helpful and very pleasant, and genuinely pleased when we found that she had a particular Rolex on hand which I was looking for.nnI and my wife traveled the next day, and made the purchase.nnThe shop is not the typical storefront operation, and has a very nice old world feel mixed with modern features and good light.nnIf in Louisville, don’t miss this store.
