This business was very prompt in replying to my request for services. After looking at areas to be cleaned, and explaining how the work would be done, they provided a quote and scheduled a day for the work. The owners and employees were professional, helpful and considerate ( they brought drop cloths and other items to prevent any mess or damage). The carpets look great! I would use this company again and recommend them to anyone needing these services .

All of my immediate and extended family and our churches have used Ozark Steam for years. They are very responsive. Richard and his team are always professional, honest, on time, efficient and pleasant to work with. They will go the extra mile no matter day or night to respond to your emergency if needed (they have helped us deal with flood water damage cleanup and restoration in the past as well) The end result are very nice spot free clean and refreshed carpets. The ability to schedule online is convenient. We were communicated with throughout the entire process on cost, arrival times, what to expect and after care instructions. I recommend Ozark Steam - would give more than 5 stars if possible.

Best carpet and upholstery cleaning service we have ever used. They cleaned our microfiber sofa and love seat, 2 large area rugs and spots on our off white guest bedroom carpets. Everything looked like new and was completely dry within an hour or less when they were done. This company far exceeded our expectations. Very professional, fair and honest work. They are worth every penny! Richard really knows his business! I’m so glad we didn’t go with a large chain cleaning company, we had much more personal service with OzarkSteam, their work was truly “Mighty Clean”! We highly recommend this company, you won’t regret it.

Ozark Steam has an excellent work ethic as well as a deep care for the quality of their services. We have had instances where our carpet needed spot treatment due to spills and they have always come right away and make our carpet look new again. Richard and his crew are fabulous! Always on time....do a fantastic job...and just take care of us! We have been using Ozark Steam for several years and I am never disappointed. Our carpets are beautiful when he is done....and we have a high traffic retail store that gets lots of wear and tear. Many thanks for the AMAZING service!
