I discovered CIS through an online search. I had a family heirloom, a silver candlestick, that needed repair. After emailing photos of the candlestick to several different vendors, I decided to try CIS. The quality of the craftsmanship is fantastic. I strongly suggest using CIS. One of the branches of our heirloom menorah had broken off. It was a complex repair because the branches are so thin. Chuck sent it back to us in a few weeks. It is amazing quality of work, very pleased with the workmanship and finish. In fact, I think he charges too little!nWill definitely be back for more repairs on irreplaceable items.

CHuck is an intereesting guy and the quality of his work is excellent. He removed initials and dates from a Cartier cup and bowl and I was very pleased.

Chuck did a fabulous job restoring my mother's baby spoon that accidentally got into the garbage disposal. It looks new!!! And the price was very reasonable.
