Every single time I call about a product I am told I have people ahead of me and they will answer in 10 minutes. But those 10 minutes turn into just over an hour before I give up. Why does Spencer's lie about waiting times when they do not even bother to answer?

I had such a good experience there... I went with my 13 year old daughter, and we were asked if we needed help right away. The staff was fun, friendly, and helpful. Tate was super knowledgeable, and really went all out to help us, we even talked a bit about My Hero Academia. Awesome! I can't wait to go back. ud83dude09

Spencer's are always fun to shop and browse.. But their prices are hefty on most items.

Good fun! Lots of novelty items for almost any occasion! Went in just looking around ane was happily surprised. I have a new place to shop for upcoming parties and events or just a small at home adult game night.
