This was my first time shopping with them. I bought necklace and earrings paid 100 dollars on 1/2/19 the sales person did not tell me that they do not accept returns/ next day 1/3/19 went to return but she said there was a sign you should’ve read it and said can give me store credit or I have to choose something else/ asked for manager she said she is the manager and she cannot do anything for me to return my money/ I do work in customer service and we always let customers know about sale or policy/ end up calling security and they made me to do exchange because security girl said that she had customer service experience as well and she knows that the seller is right/ my first and last time shopping with them was crying and felt horrible will never go back to them. All over had terrible customer service from the person who said that she is the manager.

The owners of this small business are so friendly!! I learned so much about pearls during my shopping experience, and they bend over backwards to make sure my pearl ring fit just perfect. I only had to pay for my resizing one time, even though it took one more try. And then they added the sizing balls to ensure the best fit at no charge. What customer service! Also, they reward their customers. I'm so grateful for: the quality pearl selection they offer, their amazingly generous sales, and friendly service. If I ever want to add to my pearl jewelry, I will only come to them. They are so fantastic.

I love this shop! The owner remade a gold pearl necklace for me, and the price was amazing! I have my eye on a gorgeous south sea pearl necklace.
