I love Loft! I love their sales when they have them! Most employees are very helpful and friendly. Without the sales, I would own nothing. The prices are too high.

Went in for a sweater & was helped immediately by very nice store staff. He knew right where to go from my description. I am replacing a lost sweater that I had got at Loft last year and altho they do not have the exact one I was able to replace with a similar one. I am happy.

I hate giving bad reviews because I know how things work in retail, but every time I walk into this store I get absolutely NO service! Not even a hello, last time I was In there I was looking for something specific and made it look very clear that I was searching for something but I’m guessing because I didn’t “look” like I was a frequent Loft shopper they didn’t feel the need to help me! The sales associate with long blond hair actually stepped aside for me to squeeze through and never said a word! I now make it a point to stop in every time to see if I will even get a hello and it never happens! Horrible horrible service and I feel that these staff members discriminate against certain looks and choose who to help. I am a card holder and order all the time and wear Loft clothes faithfully to work, I order online or go to the Paddock where they are always friendly and helpful if I want to buy in store. These ladies need some serious training on how to treat ALL customers that walk in the door!
