Just bought our wedding bands here from Michelle (blonde Michelle) and was also helped by another fabulous Michelle (this one brunette) and the whole thing took less than 20 minutes! Neither one of us had any idea what we wanted but Michelle helped us figure it out and it was just such a joy having her help us make this big decision. Thank you to both Michelle's! Absolutely loved my time here looking for an engagement ring for my love. They were such a huge help, not only with selection, but financing as well. The sales attendant Jasmine is awesome at her job! She greeted me with a beautiful smile, treated me with respect and courtesy, and she left no question on answered. She fully informed me of the jewelry that I wanted to purchases and also informed me of the best insurance to purchase with the jewelry. Most important of all she made me feel welcomed. She is most definitely somebody I see you running one of your stores in the near future. She is great at her job! The customer service at the Saint Matthews Mall location is amazing, all of the sale Representatives there were wonderful!!!
