The employees are kind and helpful, but they never answer the phone. My engagement ring was sent off a week and a half ago and i was told it was going to be “rushed” since I’m getting married soon and have yet to hear back about where my ring is because they don’t answer their phones :)

I visited this Kay location while traveling, my saleswoman was Pam and she was extremely kind, and respectful. She helped me get exactly what I was looking for and told everything I needed to know about my purchase. If you are in the area or looking to purchase from that location,I strongly recommend you ask for Pam. You won’t be disappointed.
