I have been looking for a locally owned jeweler who could help me with my sapphire and diamond wedding set. The ring had been damaged when the ring was sized down to fit me. One of the prongs eventually broke. I took the ring to Royal and spoke with Amy. I also spoke with Lynn (Amy's father). He sent the ring and called me about what it would take to fix the ring. Keeping the integrity of the ring seemed to be very important to them as much as it is to me. The repair took a week and couple of days to do. The ring was restored and cost half of what I had been quoted by the people who had damaged the ring to begin with. I will never go anywhere else. I am so pleased! This is not a chain - they work at building a relationship with their customers and in a short amount of time they earned my trust. And their selection if your in the market for something new is wonderful!

Royal Jewelers is a reputable and HONEST jeweler.nThe store has a beautiful selection of jewelry in every price range. They have done repairs and designs for me also. Everyone is knowledgeable and helpful. Go there first.

Royal is such a warm & inviting place! The employees make you feel welcome & let you shop at your own pace! Definitely have already recommended this company to many friends & family members. Will most definitely have more future purchases!

I had the pleasure of Lynn working on a watch for me, a battery change and a new band. I had to leave abruptly while he was working on it and he was very understanding and flexible with me. I picked it up today and he was so kind and overall just a good guy. A very nice business and I will sure be handling all my jewelry matters with him from now on!
