They were very efficient. Customer service was very hospitable. Clothes were cleaned and pressed in a timely manner just as they promised.

I brought a $1000 quilt to be cleaned that had a stain in it, when I picked it up it was still there and the nice lady behind the counter said they would retreat it. The holidays came and in January I returned to get the quilt and she could not find it. She said it was most likely donated......I'm still shocked.....no call to let me know I needed to pick up.....I was told that she would double check with the person in charge of items there over a month and call me back.....I'm still waiting for that call....I feel robbed
Had to have a suit dry cleaned for my mothers funeral. Had to travel so I had to have it back in less than 24 hours. Real people with true compassion. Service like this gives me faith that there are still good people in the world. A++++
