Extremely kind and helpful associates. I only go to Tanger Mall to visit with the staff at Kay's. They repaired and cleaned my jewelry and all look brand new. This is by far much more enjoyable than any website could ever be. Thank you ladies for your assistance! Sign Mrs. Dale.

Everything you could expect of a jewelry store in Branson. They completely butchered my order, after an accumulative 4 hours on hold with guest services, i was basically told the ring i payed extra for and ordered next day air on, would take at minimum of 10 days... after GUARANTEED receipt within 48 hours. I am stuck with no ring, no refund, and waiting for them to ship my supposed guaranteed ring whenever they finally feel up too it. They completely ruined my Christmas gift that i ordered in advance. could not even give me the company corporate order. i will never give my business to them again. do yourself a favor and go to Zales or Jareds so you actually receive your order...
