Employees are very pleasant and helpful. The store was packed, but everyone kept their heads, even when two registers went down. They handled everything beautifully.
This has nothing to do with this particular store but more so the company in general. They will tell you if you order by a certain time and date it will get there by Christmas in order to con you into buying their products when in reality, they won't arrive before Christmas. Don't waste your money here. The customer service agents are useless and will offer nothing to actually help you. They just own the fact that they conned you and don't care. I will never be purchasing another product from this establishment because of the unprofessionalism I have seen on their part.
Love their products and gladly shop in store. I Who not shop online. Their shipping is outrageous!
