As a customer, you cannot beat the service they offer! I came in completely clueless and Chad helped us put our vision together. When the contractor needed more materials, Chad and Courtney came through to save the day and found material in stock! Samantha was also very helpful when we had to change some of our design on the fly, working with me to find a suitable replacement that had enough in stock. The customer service was well worth any additional cost.
