Dr Chelvi and her assistant Katya were amazing! She took the time to explain exactly how the procedure would go and comforted me through it all. Finished up with a deep clean by Pamela, who was also excellent!

This was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had. Our first appointment was for an initial exam, which was supposed to be at no charge. We were there for over 3 hours...we should have been paid for our time. My husband was given his treatment plan and then ask to pay upfront for services before they were even performed. He chose not to do everything they said he needed because it was going to cost thousands. What he chose to have done cost $1237 which he paid. Myself on the other hand was told I needed over $2000 worth of dental work, part of which was a crown. I chose to pay with Carecredit and was charged over $1400 before I had anything done. Long story short, when I came in for my 2nd visit to have the permanent crown put on, I waited half and hour in the lobby only to be told the crown had been sent somewhere else and she forgot to call me and tell me. The office staff does not know what they are doing. When I called to get my x-rays which I was told would be emailed to me, the front desk clerk told me I had to come in and sign a release. I told her I had already signed the paper and got the written part of the records. She started arguing with me at which time I got very upset because I had another appointment with another dentist. She reluctantly told me she would TRY and get them to me before my appointment. It had already been several days since I signed the record release form. I would not recommend Aspen Dental for anything. The doctor is nice, but the staff is terrible.

Experience was completely professional...I would recommend Aspen dental to anyone looking for a great dentist...Dr. K. Was wonderful and very personable...thank you...cant wait to have all my teeth fixed

My experience at Aspen Dental was great everyone that I talked to were very friendly and eager to help in any way they needed to. They worked very well together as a team and made my visit a good one.

The staff is wonderful and has always worked with my needs. I love how comfortable they make you feel.
