Easy to sign up over the phone. Good services. Have good reviews online for local company. Seems that they actually get the job done (both in the sense that they actually spray and don't lie about it, and their treatment is effective). Their communication is impeccable. They use email and text notifications to communicate when they are coming, as well as when the job is complete. I'm excited to use them for the remainder of the season!

UPDATE 8/3/2020 - I originally wrote a negative review after my initial service experience with Mosquito Squad. I wanted to come back to update my review from 1 star to 4 stars based on their recovery efforts in addressing the situation. Originally my unhappiness stemmed from their first service visit because they sprayed all of my garden which had pollinating flowers designed to promote Bee and Butterfly activity. They had told me ahead of time that the service can negatively impact those two species and that they would give service notes to the employee to avoid that area, but that didn't happen, and everything ended up getting sprayed. My initial outreach to them fell somewhat flat, but after a second incident they were quick to respond to my concerns that were listed in my review and made excellent efforts to work with me on future service calls.nnI was contacted by the owner of the company who listened to my concerns, acknowledged the original missteps (very important when dealing with consumer expectations) and even personally visited my home to make an assessment of the areas of concern and a plan to address them. He also engaged the manager of the business and used photographs to help confirm the areas to be sprayed and avoided with the technician who they scheduled to come out for the next treatment. When the technician arrived yesterday he met with me walked the property and was efficient in both treating the proper areas and advising me on how he would be proceeding. I feel he did a very good job of treating as much as possible without overexposing the treatment to sensitive areas.nnAll in all, what started as a negative 1 star experience for me turned into a positive 5 star recovery (hence the overall 4 star rating). The owner showed genuine concern about the issue, affirmed for me that their technicians are trained on identifying foliage and areas that should be avoided, discussed the situation with the original technician, and I now feel that I just had an unfortunate initial experience, versus an ongoing problem. Mistakes happen, and I am happy that Mosquito Squad was professional enough to care and address their customer concerns.nnKudos to the management and owner for providing sincere customer service recovery and I am confident that my experience was not typical and am happy to use Mosquito Squad in the future.nnI would also like to say that the product itself works very well, as I have gone bite free all season and spend a considerable amount of time outside on my porches and in the yard.

I am super happy with the service I've received thus far. In fact, I would say the team at Mosquito Squad are some of my favorites to work with. From the front office to the applicators, everyone is kind and helpful. We forgot to take the treatment receipt off our door, and we received a call to make sure we were okay, that no one was inside who needed help. That really means a lot and shows the level of care they have for their customers.

I think I have had this service for 4 years now. I was cautiously optimistic at first but it definitely makes a difference. Is it perfect? No, but it is WAY better than untreated. Also these guys are very responsive, there have been a couple of times that I called because maybe there was a lot of rain and the mosquitos were coming back between service dates and they have no problem with coming by and hitting the yard in-between. I agree it would probably be even more effective if all the neighbors used a service too.
