Very poor customer service. We ordered tile and tile samples and cannot get a return phone call from the store. Our original order was canceled and we were never called and given an update. The sales lady has acted like my wife and I were a bother both times we’ve been there.nnThe store has beautiful tile, too bad the employees are keeping it from being sold.

Drove an hour only to be told my kids wouldn’t be allowed in the store for their “safety.” I’ve had about enough with all the nonsense rules from the governor and when companies like this add on more nonsense rules arbitrarily - that aren’t supported by facts whatsoever - it makes things impossible. So now I have to schedule an appointment, book a baby sitter, and spend another hour driving? No thanks - no other tile shop has these nonsense rules.

make an appointment ahead of time or the staff will not give you the time of day.

Nice tile but rude and arrogant staff. Plenty of other tile options out there.
