This hotel was mediocre at best. The room was clean when we arrived.nnThere were not enough towels in the room. We were given 2 towels for 4 guests. When we asked for more....there was a problem....lots of hesitation about giving us more towels!nnThe front desk doesn't keep things in-stock...basically have to wait until the next day to get towels, once house keeping returns.nnAnother improvement that could definitely be made is installing fans in the tiny bathrooms.nnPlease, please, please invest in microwaves!!!! The rooms have refrigerators but no microwaves.nnEven the cheapest of the cheapest of hotels have microwaves in the rooms.

They charged my credit card $200.00 for a mattress they first said was wet. Then it became blood stain's on the sheets. I have asked for evidence since we left on 03/23/2021 Every day I call Every day they say they will call back and will send photos! Not one photo and not one shed of evidence yet my card is missing $200. I called the Branson Police Department and they are going to look into it. Avoid this hotel at all cost because I learned that I am not the only one to call and complain of Stolen Money! I will contact the BBB and make a full report and I will continue to let people know to stay away from a hotel that steals from there guest. How were the room? Yup cheap hotel cheap rooms you get what you pay for only I overpayed not by choice but by there system to cheat steal and yes they are RUDE!

The staff is always friendly, the rooms are immaculate, and the price is great.

My family and I stayed in a full hook up camp site. Managers are super friendly and accommodating. I was happy to have the laundry room to do laundry after a couple days. My husband and son used the bath house and said it was decent for what they needed it for. You can’t go wrong with this facility whether you stay in a camper or a room. I’ve also stayed in a room and was happy with how clean it was.
