Kimberling Area Library

Though small, this library is a great part of our community. The librarians are delightful, love our children, give them stickers and ask them questions, they truly make it feel like a community library. The kids love the puzzles, train table, microscope, computer, and book selection. As long as you’re not looking for a specific title you’ll find many many children’s books that are fantastic. New titles are added quite frequently. They also have a good selection of adult titles and magazines for ten cents.nI don’t know if they have opened back up during the COVID 19 pandemic, hoping so!

I volunteered to shelve books at the Kimberling Area Library a couple of times and was very surprised by the selection of quality reading. The classics are there along with other great books. I saw someone mentioned the smell of smoke in another review. I have never noticed a smell of smoke in there.
