If i could I would give this company a 0 star rating. We had an appointment scheduled for January 12 9am-2pm. They were a no call no show. We called around 4pm to see where they were the lady that answered had no idea what was going on. We ended up calling another time and no one answered the phone. I do not recommend this company for anyone. Poor customer service. Lady that answered the phone couldn't get customers names right and she couldn't hear you at all or you could barley hear her.
I would highly recommend them. Very professional, did a great job!ud83dude03ud83dude03 Will have them back every year for fireplace and chimney inspection. Call early if you want an appointment. They have a very large customer base.
Would give a big fat Zero..First appointment a no show,,Secretary sounded like a floozy, never wrote our appt. down..Second appt. Today, after noon sometime...Another no show and no call..Waited here all day for nothing
Horrible service waited 3 weeks for appointment date, they rescheduled it for 3 days later i agreed. they never showed up ! no phone call nothing!ni called monday and again no call back.
My propane fire logs wouldn't light. It was near Christmas time. They couldn't fit me into their service schedule before Christmas, but the lady on the phone was so compassionate that she explained to me something I could try to get them to light for Christmas. It worked!! They didn't make any money and were still caring and so helpful. I am so grateful! I will be using Fuller Stove from now on for my gas logs and wood stove. I wil also be recommending them to my friends. Thank you!!
