I never had any kind of physical therapy done so when I had to start therapy after my surgery I shopped around for the best therapy places I can find. I called Mercy multiple locations and the attendant at both the places were just eager to start booking appointments without any upfront info about what I needed therapy for but when I called Star they asked me details about what I had surgery for and when it was done along with the type of sports I play. My therapy process was for about 6 months and whenever I went there the front desk reps were very welcoming especially Elena. The therapist I worked with was Drew and he is very passionate about what he does. He goes the extra mile to educate about the exercises and how they help in the rehab process. I had a great experience with thoroughly professional and committed service. Drew went above and beyond, coming in early and sending out additional exercises. I was able to learn a great deal about my injury and rehab process that will position me well to continue to take care of my body

Very pathetic customer service right from the desk staff.I was accompanying my wife for her frozen shoulder.We got in and waited for 20 min.No one updates or anything.This was our first appointment and we just wanted to see if this is regular future for further appointment .So when phy therapist came ,I just wanted to ask her if they could keep the time because my wife need to go to her job and can not afford to wait longer nor she wants to compromise in her therapy.But physical therapist not looking at me at all as if she just wanted to neglect altogether started talking to my wife while I was trying to talk to her and explain.She flatly retorted ‘she is my patient ,not you’!!nSo this was the reason she neglected me( by not making eye contact) and the way she reacted was very unprofessional. I had to express my discontent over her approach and just could not accompany my wife in pain.I just sat in the waiting area.nWe will cancel future appointments and go somewhere else.Very very disappointed.nPlease stay away.

I loved my physical therapist, but the charges from Star are simply unbelievable!!!! I spoke with BJC for billing and star multiple multiple times, but to no avail....ending up just paying the bill. It's just like being billed $20 for a soda. Simply incredible!!!!! I plan on contacting the better business bureau. Never in my right mind would I ever ever recommend someone go there!!!! Straight up crooks!!!
