I had a dinner with a friend on 25 of October I used their service, the guy ask me would you like $15 or $8 valet parking, I said 8. when he brought my car back when I needed to leave I saw a parking ticket on the windshield of my car, I was surprised, he said oh that's the new officer and she doesn't know that we use that place to park, we will pay the ticket for you. so he gave me the number of his manager his name is Brian and told me to call him, so I foolishly believed him and paid the 8 bucks. when took my car back i found out my phone cable was missing from the car, however i didn't tell that to the manager Brian when I called him the next day i didn't want to be rude since the cable is too cheap. the guy sounded a decent person and he promised he was going to pay the ticket and then texted me the next day to say that he paid the ticket, today 11/15 I got a warning from City about not paying the ticket. Premier Valet Parking are not professional and they hire thieves to have them park your car. Be aware
Valet driver crashed my car. The owner refuses to answer requests to pay for the damages. They didn’t have the proper insurance, so their insurance company will not cover the damages.nnUpdate: The company finally responded and has covered the cost of the damages to my vehicle.
