You guys and gals do a good job but why the new sign downtown 44 east.. confuses truck drivers.. I saw 20 I44 east signs past stlouis going 70 west??? You can't go east while your going west. 44 ends at I55 that's how its always been... out of state motorists are confused....

Modot should be ashamed of themselves and take lessons from Idot. You can tell immediately when you hit the Illinois border. Roads are nice and clear. There’s absolutely no excuse that our roads should be in the condition they are.

I’m sorry to complain but the road conditions tonight (11/11/19) were some of the worst I’ve ever seen in the St. Louis area. There is no excuse for the salt trucks to not have been prepared ahead of time of this winter storm. It was predicted in the weather forecast last week. There was time last week to do a practice run but when there is a real need for help on making our roads safe and drivable they failed. If I failed as many times as this company does I would not have a job. Please take this storm as another lesson to get ahead of the storm before it hits. By not being prepared caused many accidents and injuries that could be avoided if the roads were treated.
