Chief Building OfficernSteve Unser clearly needs an attitude and intelligence adjustment as it pertains to treating a resident woman, myself who filed a claim but then told a month later my 10 minute interview with subordinate Dave on paper on his clip board was never filed and Dave nowis out with a broken wrist. lost claim about my stove in the Village Park Apartments being 50 years old now throwing bolts of electricity, simply touching the stove top while a burner was on and receiving a 240 volt shock is not important to him. He said he gets too many calls about disposals. I first addressed him as he should be a arrogant man with preconceived female dismisal issues to awaken him to the woman he is now speaking to. I explained l was the Chairman of the Golf Task Force who arguably saved the golf course from becoming a mixed housing development through my presentation of reason to save it; goals, strategies and tactics to do it. The Mayor, City Council and township practically applauded as l concluded. Today the beautiful course is filled practically all day every day with kids, teens, young women and men, families, school teams, and wonderful womens, mens and business leagues. We built it and Covid made it even a greater, golden asset to the City. I will carry my experience with Mr Unser further than this review for certain.
