The short overweight white female employee with glasses was very unprofessional and because of her, I may not be able to travel. I tried to explain to her that I will be traveling soon and I need a new State ID and she told me that I will not be able to have a real state id because I didn’t have enough proof (I brought mail with my address on it, my id that recently expired and my birth certificate). She also charged me 19.25 for a temporary ID that she said will expire October of this month, which still doesn’t make sense to me. I noticed that she put my apartment number before my street name instead of after my street. I told her about it and she said the system wouldn’t let her type it in that way but if I don’t receive it within the next 30 days then to come back. I travel less than 3 weeks and now I am worried because of a mistake that she purposely made. Never coming here again.

Staff were great. Dealer gave me expired paperwork. The staff helped me get it corrected.

They take reservations, are not crazy busy due to that and efficient when in there. Nobody likes going to the DMV but this is the best one near me.
