I wish I could give this place zero stars. They are scam artists they hire young high school girls to watch the counter they give you a price then when you go to pick up your item the price is more doubled and your left held hostage if you need your clothes back… DO NOT ever use these cleaners.
This was my first and only trip to Hilltown Cleaners. The attitude of two of the employees AND the price was enough to turn me off. When I walked in the person who assisted me appeared annoyed that I had the nerve to enter her domain. She took my order and my clothes without nary a smile, thank you, have a nice day, kiss my a**, nothing... To top it off she asked if I can pick them up in 3 business days. Three days? Everyone else can get it back to me in 2 days or less. On top of that, the tickets she gave me had no price on them, so I had no idea how much cash to bring.nnAs for the cleaning - it wasn't much better than the 1/2 price cleaners I normally use. And they didn't pay much attention to detail. I don't mind paying twice as much as long as I'm getting value for that money.nnPros: they take VISA/MastercardnCons: hours, price, lack of attention to detail, attitude of workforce
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. They ruined 2 of my blazers by dropping ink all over them and they only gave me cash to pay for part of 1 blazer. The lady at the cash is the wife of the owner and she is extremely rude. I will NEVER return there again.
