They charge me over 3k for warranty saying cover bumper to bumper I took my car to the dealer spent 3 days in the dealer never answered the phone left messages never call me back

I took my car to the dealer and they said the repair was going to cost $6,300 and I was very worried until I remembered I had a warranty and the dealer called Azlo and the repair was covered. I don't know what I would of done if I had to pay for that repair myself.

They had approved my claim and the dealership went ahead and fixed my transmission. Once they were done they decided not to pay because i had “All Terrain tires” and that was not on the policy but i called and told them i said i had them in the call so they said they would hear the call recording and if i did mention it they would pay. They never called me back, I called and they said i did say i have them but I mentioned first i did not have any modifications on my truck. I said in the call “I don’t have any modifications the only thing i have changed in my truck was the All Terrain tires but I don’t know if that’s considered a modification.” According to them it was my fault the representative got confused and put no modifications. They were very rude on the phone and wanted me to pay for another contract including the tires, but they still wouldn’t cover my current claim. That was a slap across the face!

Horrible I do not recommend them, super liars, nothing they say is real super expensive! The insurance and they do not cover anything at the moment of truth.
