Customer is horrible all aspects, has gone from good to bad in the past 18 months or so. Just tried to use their app, for a free drink, was unable to because would not validate once I was at register, was told I had to.pay for drink. This was a .89 purchase when I was buying 15 in gas. So the drink was left behind, foam cup probably cost more than the Good Customer service would of gained them.
