I loved this pharmacy, never had an issue until they shorted me 20 pain pills. The pharmacist said since I don't live in Louisville she would no longer fill my medication there. That makes no sense. My father lives in Louisville, and my Dr is in Louisville which is why I get my medication in Louisville which is not her business anyways. She was mad because she shorted me! Her mistake! I changed to a different pharmacy so Walgreens lost a customer! She must of been upset that she didn't get away with stealing 20 of my pain pills. Horrible pharmacist! Horrible customer service!

Don't go here for a flu shot. They have neither the time nor the staff to tend to it. Made an appt. for 12:10, arrived at 12:05 with no one else waiting. Gave up and left with no shot at 12:45. Staff made no gesture to expedite the matter when I said I was leaving. Four more people were waiting for flu shots when I left. Maybe they had all day to wait.

I live 5 minutes away from this store and I wish the other 3 stores I drove out to , before this one, had the items I needed. I was avoiding this store because of one specific cashier who makes me feel so unwelcome when I shop there. This older gentleman made me feel extremely discriminated against, more than the previous visits. Greets, conversartes and wishes everyone a good day that he helps before me but with me it’s just completely the opposite. I am reaching out to corporate because this treatment against me or anyone is unacceptable. months of this treatment is enough.
