Bit of a long wait to see the doctor once you get into the room, but not too bad. I was there for an hour and a half total. I did feel a bit dismissed/rushed and like I wasn’t being heard about my problem, but I pushed for an X-Ray without any issue. Affordable urgent care with my insurance and the process was very easy. Very nice staff! They follow COVID protocols well.

The lady at the counter greeted me as soon as I entered the office and was very helpful and polite and once I was called to go back the great customer service continued Excellent staff

Great front desk and nurse service, but the doctor literally.was in the room for five seconds. Didn't ask any questions or even see if I had any. If I was going to have to pay for the physical I wouldn't have paid a dime. Anyways I hope there's better doctors there for the future or I won't be coming back there.

Very friendly and respectful staff! Lots of people were waiting and the nurse at the front desk was great at making sure masks were on and distance was kept, while also being very polite to everyone she helped. Would definitely go back here if I ever need to!

I was very pleased with my visit. The staff were very professional, everything was very clean, chairs in the waiting room were placed safely far apart from each other, I didn’t have an appointment but was taken back quickly, and the phlebotomist did a great job with the stick!
