Horrible service. Had to finally call after waiting 15 minutes with not a single shuttle. Then on the second trip, pulled into c lot. Went down b11 row. TWO busses sitting in A11. One drive off immediately. The other just as I got to front of my truck. Waited 10 minutes for a different bus

If I could give less I would. Drivers we encountered weren't an issue; they were very good. However, we waited approximately 30 minutes for a shuttle back to our lot in 40 degree weather. Dozens of people lined up waiting for the same car park while other shuttle services keep having buses flow in and are keeping their lines non-existent. No social distancing on the shuttles and they still cant send them fast enough or load them up enough to keep the line less than 30 people. Totally asinine. I'm assuming it's a staffing issue which needs to be resolved ASAP to keep customers from standing in the cold for undetermined periods of time.

Every other flight I’m waiting 20+ minutes for a shuttle. Calling for one doesn’t help since the employees answering the phone are rude.

On 8/31/2020 10:30ish at the Southwest terminal/wing.nJJ ( we assumed was a Roving Supervisor) stopped at the passenger, taxi, shuttle, pick up arrival area and asked several people if they were waiting on a shuttle which they stated no. JJ then asked us if we were waiting on a Supe Park shuttle; which we were. JJ called for a shuttle to pick us up over his handheld radio, however there wasn't a response back after calling a couple times. JJ asked us if we had any objection to riding if the (Supervisor) truck. We took JJ up on his offer then put our mask and gloves on. JJ wore his mask, drove safely, was professional, personable, and the truck was clean. He even dropped us off right behind our vehicle.nI hope Super Park realizes that they have a employee who takes initiative is proactive, and professional in JJ. It is our hope, Super Park takes time to recognize him for his actions in front of the rest of the Super Park Team.nnSincerely, Scott & Allyson [email protected]

Very slow service, with poor customer service. Had to wait in front of the airport with around 60 other people for a shuttle for more than half an hour. And then when several people called the office to complain and ensure a shuttle was on the way, they were very short and rude on the phone and only sent one shuttle. Poor staffing? Not enough shuttle drivers? Who knows. What I do know is I will be using any Other shuttle service instead, and recommending anyone I know to do the same. Super Park is not worth it.
