I travel for work a lot, so I park at the airport a lot. I usually park at Lot A. I almost always regret parking at Lot A. The shuttles to this lot really are less frequent (at least to Terminal 2) than the shuttles to Lots C & D, which cost less than the $15/day of Lot A. On a typical wait, I see Lot C's shuttle 3 times before I see a shuttle for A.nnThe only reason I continue to park here is the terminal shuttle runs pretty consistently to the bus port section of the lot. The A shuttle stops at this spot too, so you do have the extra opportunity. You can also walk through a tunnel to get to Terminal 1.nnBasically, I am dissatisfied with the shuttle service in this lot, but I plan to keep parking there.

I increased my rating to three stars as they did eventually get me a receipt by email, but it was still a very large pain in the butt and terrible customer service. See my original review below.nnMachine wouldn’t give me a receipt upon exiting and no one ever answered when I hit the call button. Because they are either understaffed or lazy, I’m out $54. My company requires receipts for bills that large. I waited almost ten minutes on that call button.

DO NOT PARK HERE !!! These guys used to be good, but the last few times I've used them lot A shuttles NEVER SHOW UP. According to my time stamped text messages from when i started waiting, I've currently been waiting an HOUR for them to show up. Last time it was a two hour wait. We alerted drivers for the other super park parking lots to no avail. It is the closest lot they have to the airport. There is no excuse!
