Upon arrival, we had issues with the entrance gates not working. We called the phone number and they sent someone out to assist us right away. Our shuttle drivers to and from were great. We prepaid, so our exiting was simple and easy. Great experience and reasonable prices for a week of covered vehicle storage during a crazy weather time of year.

The customer service and number of operating shuttles has gotten worse over the last couple years. Other nearby (and less expensive) lots seem to be proving better service. I keep waiting longer and longer each time I come. I wouldn't recommend anymore.

Today I waited over 20 minutes for a shuttle. When it arrived, the driver allowed 18 passengers. My question is, What happened to social distancing? 3 or 4 people were standing. That tells me that you need to add another driver because I'm guessing people are traveling for spring break. The other thing is maybe your policy doesn't follow social distancing. ud83dude12

Easy to check in and out. Great place to park. Quick shuttle to the airport and back. Friendly service.
