Drunken Fish - Westport Plaza

First of all the initial interaction from the hostess was bad and that should have been the sign to go somewhere else. Basically she said they had no tables and it would be an hour for a table and they had a system malfunction . She did not ask if we wanted to put our names on a wait list. We had to ask twice and another couple asked as well before she offered. Then they tell you to look up menu from a QR code and order. Wow, thanks.... then you don’t see another waiter until you order food and they bring it out. My wife had to track someone down to ask questions about the menu. Next, to even look at the menu, they make you enter and save your credit card on some ordering website. If I wanted a fast food sushi experience i would have ordered to go or gone to the local Fresh Thyme. We are not a fan of the zero service policy and order through an app. If you want more soy sauce or spicy Mayo, order it on the app, pay $.75 each and maybe 10 minutes later it may arrive. Food was marginal at best and service was the worst we have ever had. I hope more restaurants don’t switch to this model of customer service! My wife used to love this place and was looking for a nice evening out and awesome sushi but Drunken Fish missed the mark.

Very sweet and Courteous waitress. Food was excellent. Order 5 different rolls and cocktails. No disappointment at all. Would definitely recommend this location. Thank you for a nice Easter lunch with my daughter.

Amazing service from one lady. Not so much the other. Food had great presentation and taste was good. Sadly also limited choices.
