24:1 Cinema

Awesome staff so attentive and sweet!!! I wish them the best!!! I hope they come back stronger than ever!

This is a great place to have date night. There is plenty of room and it helps to provide resources to the community.

2/14/2020 My kids and I went to 24:1 cinema to see Sonic which was showing in auditorium 3 @ 6:45 pm. When we went to find seats the auditorium was very small. Me and my children were able to find 3 seats together. When pulling down the seat to sit in I discovered that it had old gum all over it I went immediately and told the manager he told me someone was going to come and clean the seat I waited 10- 15 minutes no-one came i went back to the manager to let him know that no one came and I asked for my money back. He pointed me to the concession stand I spoke to a lady that was in charge I explained to her what happened. She took me her office and said they don’t give refunds there but instead tried to give me tickets for another day, I told her I didn’t want to come back at all. I showed her pictures of the seat. She told me to go the website to get a refund I went on the website in front of her and there was no option for that. She told me if she give me a refund back they drawer was going to come up short for the night. That’s not a customer issue if you’re able to purchase a ticket online we should be able to get a refund back online or at theatre. After going back and forth with her she finally gave me a refund but only tried to give me half. All n all 24:1 cinema is understaffed, unorganized, unprofessional, scammers and ghetto. I didn’t want to give it a 1 star but they make you if I could have gave them a 0 (zero)I would have.

Being in the community I look to go here before any other first. Beautiful and comfortable theater with the latest and most popular and relevant movies I want to see. How can I not support something so beautiful in my community!

We always enjoy our experience there. Good staff. Great ticket prices. We support the community when we spend our money at 24:1 Cinemas.
