I would give this company 0 stars, if I could. The supervisors are amazing. But, upper management is horrible and very unprofessional.

I would give a 000 if i could on this review. Not a great place to work or send your family member. They are unprofessional and lack of communication. They lie to the guardians and provoke the clients that attend. The directors are all about looks and not accuracy. This has to be the worst mental disabled establishment I've ever worked for. They go by favoritism and are rude. They are disorganized and the only time they are professional is when state goes in to do an audit. Someone should investigate them when they least expect it. Supervisors and staff use profanity then get upset if a client uses profanity. The behavior therapist are jokes. They are all there for the payout because eash client is paying lots to even attend this program. The management threatens their employees and the employees work 6 to 8 hour shift with no lunch break and small breaks only 5 mins. Very unethical. The training is horrible and the first month working there i told the directors and supervisor that i dont agree with them lying to the guardians or employees. Lots of their documents are falsified or the truth is bent as they would say. They lie saying no holiday pay but on Indeed it mentions differently. I worked there for 6 months and no one asked for my car insurance until they fired me then they wanted to ask for it how unprofessional and disorganized. I recommend any other day program than the Missouri Mentor Network at either location St. Peters and Maryland Heights.

Bad company! They don’t care about the consumers they take in at all.. I took my grandmother fromnThis company because the manager was stealing her ss check money and spending it on herself . Thought my grandmother wouldn’t notice but she did and so did I !! My gma doesn’t go through $100 in one day
