Bel-Nor has terrible streets, full of ruts and potholes! When they do anything to try to eliminate potholes, the work is done so poorly that the potholes reappear within months and are worse than ever. They also have lots of those obnoxious speed bumps.nnI think Bel-Nor feels great antipathy toward students at the University of Missouri-St. Louis and a lot of their nonsense is directed at discouraging students from coming into or through the neighborhood. This seems odd to me since I am sure that the University's presence enhances the area and helps maintain property values.
