Great customer service. My wedding ring was custom made here and they are extremely helpful with any cleanings and necessary repairs.
Cannot say enough good things about Dave! I've never spent much money and he always treats me with the same respect and service as if I were a big spender. Very knowledgable and will even refer to others if he thinks someone else is a better match, like when I was looking to sell a Rolex. I believe he still donates a percentage of his profits to charity, usually MS.nI discovered him b/c I work in the same building, but then heard a friend rave about him too.
David is very knowledgeable about his inventory and genuinely patient with the undecided and uncertain. I like that he has beautiful items in all price levels from the six figure necklace to the used Rolex to the earrings that are perfect for your favorite niece’s middle school graduation. I had an unfortunate experience with my engagement ring, which was not made properly by the first jeweler and falling apart. I brought it to David and he very professionally and objectively examined the ring, helping me to advocate for myself with the original jeweler. David then created the most beautiful engagement ring I could have imagined - it is perfect and even more beautiful than the original ring.
